Michelle George
Michelle is the founder of Rubix Potential – a Germany-based NGO that brings out the best of everyone by unleashing and finding happiness, purpose and potential for a positive social change. She believes that every individual has something unique. A soon as they manage to unleash the hidden potential – everything is possible – a life full of happiness, self-fulfillment and energy. From Michelle’s experience, happy people are ready to be changemakers. For this reason she choose the path of a social entrepreneur and trainer, empowering people to find their own path and work together for a sustainable future. In addition, Michelle’s RubixPotential works in collaboration with different partners across Europe on health, well-being and sustainability.

Aleksandra Jarosz
Aleksandra is a psychologist that combines being a youth coach and a certified trainer with her business interests. She is currently working as a coach with ambitious Polish youth helping them discovering their path and arming them with tools for personal development. In her career she wants to empower the youngsters, helping them achieving their dreams and ambitions – regardless of the limitations life might throw at them.

Aleksandra is a certified trainer facilitating various workshops and trainings – both in various areas of positive psychology and soft skills, as well as strategic workshops for companies. She also works as a business consultant using the Design Thinking methodology when designing new products or services.

Alfie Chung
Alfie Chung
Alfie is a project associate at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University Jockey Club Design Institute for Social Innovation. Under the spatial team, his work involves research and generating solutions to urban-social issues such as “double aging” – the aging of population and the building stock – through co-creation and dialogue. Alfie is also 1 of 63 Google Earth Education Experts and a member of the former Google Earth Education Advisory Board, tasked to explore the potential of Google Earth products in education. Previously, Alfie created and led urban design education programs focusing on sustainability and inclusivity under UN Ambassador and renowned conservationist Dr. Jane Goodall.

Karolina Mazetyte
Karolina is a meditation and mindfulness teacher, the Co-founder of International Youth to Youth Initiative which empowers youth to develop their ideas. She founded Malmo Meditation where she is looking at the well-being at work. Together with the knowledge from the Master in Leadership for Sustainability which she is finishing in 2017, she wants to consult business and public sector in creating a well-being strategy at work which would incorporate mindfulness, happiness, sustainability elements.
