The deadline for the application process for international participants is on the 15th of March, 2019.

Applications for the participants from Hong-Kong and Mainland China will open on the 20th of March and close on the 15th of April 2019.

Every year we bring Youth to Youth Summit to different locations but keep the same participation fees low and affordable to the youth from around the world. This year is not an exception! Participation fees equal to 300 EUR or 340 USD.

Participation fees cover your accommodation, food and local transportation in Hong-Kong as well as all the delegates materials and extra activities during the Summit (from the 28th of May to the 1st of June).

Note: Participation fees don’t cover your travel to and from Hong-Kong as well as extra days before or after the Summit.

Once selected, candidates should proceed with the payment of the participation fees within two weeks. After the confirmation of the payment is received, candidate is issued a status of delegate and his or her participation in the Summit is confirmed.

Every year we are working on fundraising money for travel scholarships for outstanding international delegates but we cannot guarantee any financial support. It is up to the participants to fundraise money for their expenses, however, our team can assist with fundraising.

We believe that by helping participants to fundraise money for their own travel costs is more useful than just providing a financial support. Y2Y fundraising team is ready to consult and advise you on successful sponsorship or crowdfunding campaigns. Therefore if only money stops you from applying, don’t worry! We will help you!

We are selecting candidates on a rolling-basis and long-listed delegates will be announced on the 20th of April, 2019

An electronic version of acceptance letter will be issued to all shortlisted candidates. It can be used for your visa application, but it is personal responsibility of the applicant to obtain a visa in time for the Summit. It is crucial to start as soon as possible since application process may take some time.

The program of the Summit will be intense, therefore if you want to visit Hong-Kong and Mainland China, we advise you to arrive a few days before the Summit or stay a few days longer after the event.
